Mr. Michel Dalle – Group Managing Director (Contromet Group)

He is the Founder, Major Stake holder and Director of the Company. He is a BE Civil engineering from American University of Beirut, MS of Management of Engineering & Technology from Southern California University of Professional studies and has more than 37 years’ experience and excellent track record in managing contracting and consultancy companies, design, development, construction and operation of process plants globally. He has diverse experience of working with Oil & Gas petrochemical giant Petrofac International where he has made substantial contributions in growth of these companies and left his mark. Presently he is also the Group Managing Director for Contromet business in Oman and Qatar.

Progress for me has never been a dream. It has always been a distant reality and once one milestone is achieved, there is always another one waiting to be crossed. It is with this belief that I started Contromet in 2002. Almost instantly, Contromet became a prominent name in its business segment, but like every entrepreneur sticks to their dream, I always wanted to push my company to more prosperous milestones. More than being a global player, I always perceived my company as a unit that could make a difference with its quality service. Taking a path less traveled, I expanded Contromet into Recruitment business, a highly sensitive business that requires a high amount of technical know-how, expertise and specialized knowledge Overcoming challenge after challenge with the support of my brilliant team, I have been successful in bringing Contromet to a new milestone of global recognition the journey of Contromet is never ending. But with the support of my team and clients, I am confident that the company will continue to scale milestones of excellence for years to come.

Mr. Arul Jai Nishanth – Director

He is the Director of the Company. Graduated in Management Studies from Mumbai University and has more than 17 years’ experience and excellent track record in Technical & Non-Technical Manpower recruitments, Payroll, Employee engagement, Training & Orientation. He has diverse experience providing services to clients in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power plant, Civil Infrastructure, Banking & Insurance, and FMCG sector
